A new brochure is printed every year and new products are introduced each season, our taste panel carefully selects each item. The client list consists of a number of “Blue Chip” companies who have been sending Derryhale Hampers to their clients since 1999.
Derryhale Hampers continues to go from strength to strength and our commitment to a first class personal service and attention to detail has ensured our excellent standing in a very competitive marketplace.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. To ensure availability orders must be received before 18th December.
2. We can tailor a hamper to suit your requirements, including some of your own product if desired. Orders for these must be received at least 10 days before delivery and by 7th December at the latest.
3. All of our hampers are presented in buff willow, rattan or bamboo baskets as pictured in the brochure, at no extra charge. Gift cards are available on request.
4. If you wish to include your own greeting card or company literature we are happy to provide this service, however these must be received 5 days before agreed despatch date.
5. All hamper contents are subject to availability; we reserve the right to substitute any unavailable food item or basket with another of equal or greater value.
6. Delivery rates are available on request; there are reduced rates for multiple one-drop deliveries. Deliveries outside Ireland will be quoted separately.
7. Derryhale Hampers can not be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item contained within a hamper or charge any import duty.
8. Any cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 48 hours of ordering.
9. Payment must be made in full prior to hampers being despatched. All goods remain the property of Derryhale Hampers until they are paid for in full.
10. All delivery addresses must include a TELEPHONE NUMBER AND POSTCODE; Derryhale Hampers cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect.
11. All hamper contents are listed in full, any props used in photography will not be included unless stated.
12. All prices are £ sterling and are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges.
